Love this thing. I can't take headache medicine due to medical conditions with the stomach and liver so I am having to rely on external methods of pain control. The warm is really good for sinus pressure and sinus headaches, and the cold was very effective for the migraine I had along with gentle pressure on the eyes and creating a blindfold effect. I ordered a therasoothe, and let them know I was moving to a new address to ship it there. I never received my item, and emailed back and forth 10x- the Therasoothe company told me over and over "it was delivered" but it was never sent. The Post office at my old address never delivered it, the landlord told me she never received it. I have contacted Therasoothe and they refuse to give me a credit, or a refund, or re-send the product I paid for. I am stuck with no product and loss of my money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are a scam.

This thing works great ..total darkness and goes around your head nice and comfortably .. the only thing we can give to be better is ..maybe alittle more insulation on the inside..its very cold when you first put it on ..but 5 min or so after it starts getting to where it's not freezing your head ... the cold last passed the 15 -20 minutes you need for icing anyways... great product...
