Refunds requested 60 days after date of delivery will not be eligible for refunds. Please note that customers are required to pay shipping for refunds and returns.

Canceling Orders: are orders are eligible for cancelation prior to fulfillment. Once you order has been fulfilled and dispatched they are out of our hands and not eligible for returns.

Lost Or Missing Orders: Please allow an additional 24-48 hours to ensure your package was not tracked wrong by the postal service providers. Lost or missing orders are eligible for 1 free replacement of $60 or less. Anything over $60 will not be eligible for a free replacement.
